These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, adrianandshae.com, and any services we provide, including our online courses, group programs, and mentorship services. 1. Introduction
Adrian + Shae (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.-based company providing online psychological services, including courses, group programs, and mentorship, with a focus on supporting individuals globally through accompaniment and relational healing. These Terms apply to all users of the Adrian + Shae website and services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including any future modifications. We reserve the right to change, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Eligibility
To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law. By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account or purchase details as necessary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. Services Provided
Adrian + Shae offer the following services:
Online Courses: A variety of courses on psychological topics based on a Catholic approach.
Group Program: An educational and emotionally supportive group program for individuals seeking guidance and healing from difficult family relationships and patterns, based on Catholic principles.
Mentorship Services: Personalized mentorship for individuals seeking guidance in their personal or professional journey, based on Catholic principles.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice. We are not responsible for the availability or timeliness of any service.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment for all services is required before the delivery of any courses, group, or mentorship programs.
Refund Policy:
For mentorship and services, you are entitled to a full refund after your first 2 weeks of joining our program if you are not satisfied after giving it a try. In order to be eligible for this refund, you must use the Voxer app to leave messages for 10 consecutive weekdays from your start date. At the end of these 10 weekdays, please fill out the cancellation form found at catholicpsych.com/cancel and indicate that you are in your refund period and would like a refund.
For group programs, you are entitled to a full refund after the first 2 weeks of the program if you are not satisfied after giving it a try. In order to be eligible for this refund, you must attend all live trainings and small group sessions within the first 14 days of the start date. At the end of these 14 days, you can reach out to us at [email protected] to process your refund.
For products, courses, and events, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed the full content of the course.
All payments for digital subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), as specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued. You must submit the cancellation form 2 business days before your membership is set to renew.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription, including reviewing renewal dates and keeping your payment information up to date. To cancel your subscription, please reach out to us at [email protected].
6. SMS Notifications & Reminders
You have the option to consent to receive SMS text message notifications from Adrian + Shae in connection with certain services and events.
Program Description
The Way of Unmeshment Masterclass: when you opt in to receive SMS messages for The Way of Unmeshment Masterclass, you may receive text message reminders and notifications related to your registration. These messages may include, but are not limited to, reminders prior to the event, start-time alerts, schedule updates, and, when applicable, access information such as replay links.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive these SMS messages.
Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through the original registration process.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies but is limited to communications reasonably related to the masterclass event, typically no more than 4 messages per event. Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions regarding your text or data plan.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers collected for SMS notifications are used solely for the purposes described above and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You shall not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, accounts, or systems.
